This policy explains what the ABC&D Systems Admin Toolset (the abcdtoolset.com website and portal, and the ABCD Admin Toolset Windows application) collects, why, and how you control it.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and a hashed password, plus your license, plan and billing status.
• Servers: for each computer you install the toolset on: a machine identifier, computer name, the backup server name you choose, the toolset version, and the time it last checked in. This is how your plan's server count, enable/disable and updates work.
• Backup storage you link: your Backblaze B2 key (if you enter one) and your Google Drive authorization (if you link Google Drive). Both are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shown back to anyone.
• Backup records: names, sizes and dates of backup sets so the toolset can keep, upload and restore them. The content of your backups is not read by ABC&D - it goes from your servers to the storage you choose.

Google Drive

When you click Link Google Drive in your portal, Google asks you to allow the toolset access to your Drive using the drive.file permission, plus your email address. With drive.file the toolset can only see and manage the files and folders it creates itself (your backup folders); it cannot see any other file in your Drive.

• We use this access only to upload, list, download and remove your own backup files, from your own licensed servers, when your backups and restores run.
• We store Google's authorization token encrypted and send it only to your own licensed, enabled servers.
• We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not let people read it except when you ask us for support or the law requires it.
• Unlink in your portal removes the authorization immediately and revokes it at Google. You can also remove ABC&D Systems at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

ABC&D Systems' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Backblaze B2

If you link Backblaze, your key is checked with Backblaze, stored encrypted, and used only to give each of your licensed servers its own limited key for its own backup folder. Unlink in your portal removes it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the toolset (payment processing, hosting, and the storage you choose to link), or when required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

Account and license records are kept while your account is active and as required for billing records. You can unlink Google Drive or Backblaze at any time in your portal. To delete your account and all stored keys and authorizations, email support@abcdsystems.com.

Security

Keys and authorizations are encrypted at rest, all traffic uses HTTPS, and each server only receives access after the site checks its license, sign-in and that the server is enabled in your portal.
