The service

The ABC&D Systems Admin Toolset is backup, migration and maintenance software for Windows servers and PCs, with a web portal at abcdtoolset.com. Your subscription decides how many servers can use it.

Your account and license

Keep your sign-in private. A license may only be used on the number of servers your plan includes; servers can be enabled, disabled or moved in your portal. Disabled or unpaid servers stop backing up.

Your storage, your data

Backups are written to storage you choose and pay for (your own disks, Backblaze B2, Google Drive or your own backup server). You own your data and are responsible for that storage account, its costs and its limits. Space, time and cost figures shown by the toolset are estimates.

Backups and restores

The toolset is designed to make reliable backups and to restore them, but no backup system can guarantee every restore. Test restores regularly and keep your own copies of anything critical, including BitLocker recovery keys.

Acceptable use

Do not use the toolset to access systems or accounts you are not authorized to manage.

Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ABC&D Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
